General Terms & Conditions
- Rate will be changed without prior notice if any peak season or GRI is applicable.
- Any cancellation / roll on bookings / amendment / no-show charges will be applicable at actuals.
- All surcharges are subject to change and will apply actual costs valid at the time of shipment (Vatos).
- Rates are subject to both ends locals.
- Rates are subject to space and container availability.
- Rates are subject to any applicable additional charges of line detention / port storage / transport detention / inspection, etc., and will be charged at actual if applicable.
- Vessel / Flight schedules are subject to change with or without notice. We are not responsible for any vessel schedule changes.
- Any cleaning costs of the container are for the receiver's account.
- Dangerous cargo is subject to hazardous approval prior to accepting the booking.
- Free time for collection of OBL / Telex BL is 10 days from the vessel sailing date. Late BL fee will be applicable — First 10 days free / Next 7 days USD 200 / Thereafter till BL collection USD 250.
- Seaway Bill of Ladings can be issued subject to payment before ETD.
- Penalty is applicable for overweight containers exceeding the payload capacity.
- Penalty is applicable on hazardous shipments if found container without IMCO class and marine pollutant labels affixed on the container.
- AMS Evergreen Shipping LLC reserves the right to hold the booking party liable for all costs and consequences that may accrue due to failure on the part of the Consignee or Notify Party to clear the cargo within the specified period at the Port of Destination.
AMS Warehouse Terms & Conditions
- Overtime charges will be applicable if any vehicle / material comes after working hours.
- For offloading, loading, cross-stuffing, and repackaging we need information at least one day prior. Any urgent work is subject to space & workforce availability.
- For each and every lost cargo, palletization charge is mandatory.
- We are not responsible for any damaged cargo at the time of receiving from the vehicle / container. We will provide information upon confirmation — offloading / cross-stuffing will be done on additional charges applicable if repacking is done by AMSE.
- Payment has to be settled before final materials move out.
- AMS Evergreen Shipping LLC is not responsible for the content that is packed inside the cargo.
